I offer a range of Yoga classes in and around the area of Cumbria. My classes are suitable for those new to Yoga or those with an established practice. You can expect a blend of physical asana, breathwork & meditation designed to help you feel better in your mind and body.

Pricing & Memberships

All classes are 60 minutes unless stated otherwise and are bookable online or in-studio. Chair yoga comes with a social afterwards.

All abilities are welcome, class content may evolve depending on students and schedule.

Experience
Stretch & Restore

A slower, calming class focused on deep stretching, relaxation, and gentle movement. Designed to release tension in both body and mind, this practice combines longer-held postures, mindful breathing, and moments of stillness. Perfect for anyone looking to unwind, reset, and restore balance, with the occasional gentle challenge woven in.

Experience
Hatha Flow

A balanced class that sits somewhere in the middle between gentle yoga and a stronger fitness flow. You’ll learn traditional standing flow postures, build strength, improve flexibility, and develop confidence in your practice at a steady, mindful pace. While the class can offer a gentle challenge, it’s designed to be accessible, with the understanding that everybody and every body is different. Perfect for those wanting to move, learn, and feel good.

Experience
Active Hatha Flow

A dynamic and energising yoga class designed to build strength, flexibility, and focus. This is not necessarily for the advanced yogi, but it does offer a more challenging, fitness-inspired flow with stronger sequences and mindful movement. Expect to move, stretch, strengthen, and leave feeling empowered and refreshed.

Experience
Chair Yoga

A gentle and accessible yoga class designed to support mobility, strength, and relaxation. Using a chair for stability, this class is ideal for older adults, individuals recovering from surgery, beginners, or anyone looking for a softer approach to movement. Sessions include seated exercises, breathing techniques, and stretching to improve flexibility, balance, and overall wellbeing.

No previous yoga experience is needed – just come as you are and move at your own pace in a friendly, supportive environment.
